One Seat

$8,000 per filled seat

Best for: you have one hard seat to fill.

Start here

The Bench

$10,000 /mo

Up to 3 concurrent roles.

Best for: 100–499 people, 4–5 salaried ops hires a year.

The Department

$20,000 /mo

Up to 5 concurrent roles. One client at a time.

Best for: 500+ people, 15–20 hires a year.

Add-on: Pipeline Keeper — $2,000/mo

No open seats? We keep your bench warm so the next hire starts from a running start.

In all three, no exceptions and no upsell:

  • Four checked candidates per open role every 30 days — first inside 10 business days.

  • The Scorecard, built with you at kickoff.

  • The whole process run under your brand — outreach through offer.

  • The Interview Kit — question bank and scorecards for the one thing we don’t do.

  • The 90-Day Restart.

  • The pipeline file — yours, from day one, whatever you’re paying.

  • The Bench and The Department add: a market comp sheet every quarter — what your roles actually pay in your metro.

  • The Department adds: a quarterly bench review — who’s retiring, who’s next, what it’ll cost to replace them — and front of the queue on every new role.

Kickoff speed: One Seat, 5 business days. The Bench, 48 hours. The Department, 24 hours.

Nothing to pay until your first hire signs an offer letter. Signed offer is the trigger, not the start date.

The free phase covers up to 2 open roles, both scorecarded at kickoff. Founding spots: 3, first come. After that the free entry goes away.

Moving up: start on One Seat, convert to The Bench within 60 days of a fill, and $4,000 credits over.

Moving down: seats all full? Pipeline Keeper at $2,000/mo keeps the bench warm and the comp sheet coming. Reactivate in 48 hours, with no new free phase.

Month to month either way. Cancel on 14 days’ notice.

The stall clause.

If we deliver a slate and nobody gets an interview for 30 days, billing starts anyway. We can find people; we can’t make you meet them.

The backdoor clause.

Walk away, then hire someone we presented within 6 months, and a contingency-equivalent fee — 25% of first-year pay — applies. Fair’s fair.

Don’t take our word for whether this is cheap. Do the arithmetic with your own numbers.

Take what an outside recruiter charged you last time. Multiply it by the salaried hires you’ve got coming in the next twelve months. Put that next to $120,000 — The Bench for a full year, every hire included, no per-head fee.

For reference, contingency search on these roles typically runs $24,000–$30,000 a head — 20–25% of first-year pay.— per SHRM

If your number lands near $120,000, it’s a wash — except you also get the checking, the pipeline file you keep, and a first hire that cost you nothing to find. If it lands higher, we’re cheaper, and the gap grows with every seat after that.

If your honest answer is one or two hires a year, don’t buy this. Pay a headhunter.

We qualify, and sometimes we say no:

  • Fewer than four salaried hires expected in twelve months.

  • No real open seat today — just planning.

  • No named decision-maker who can say yes.

We’d rather lose the sale than run a search nobody’s ready to hire from.
